Service Terms and Conditions

1.0 CANCELLATION POLICY
1.0 The customer may cancel a service by notifying the Company no later than three days before the departure. In this case, the payment related to this service will not be due by the customer. If the payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded excluding bank charges.

1.20 If the customer notifies the company of a service cancellation less than 3 working days before the service (day of the scheduled departure), the company reserves the right to charge 50% of the amount due to the customer.

1.30 Tino Boats will process refunds and cancellation requests within fourteen (30) days from the date of the request and Genie Assistance shall not be held responsible for any delays in money transfers (if any) related to banking/credit card company procedures, etc. Tino Boats also reserves the right to deduct fees for services already provided to the customer.

1.40 In case of bad weather where the outings are not practicable, Tino Boats takes responsibility for planning the outing within five days following. In case of cancellation by Tino Boats, the refund of the entire payment excluding bank charges made will be made by Tino Boats.

2.0 REFUND POLICY
2.20 The Customer acknowledges that in the event of an unjustified claim request by the bank after having benefited from the services, Tino Boats will have the right to dispute the charges made by submitting any documents, emails and phone call recordings to the relevant authorities. Tino Boats also has the right to claim any costs incurred in connection with such dispute. If the Customer is unable to reimburse such costs, Tino Boats has the right to appoint and engage a legal representative from the Customer's region or country of residence and pursue the dispute and/or claim before the legal authorities at the Customer's expense, which includes all legal costs, bank charges and attorney fees, etc.

3. Payment
We accept credit cards as a payment method. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Tino Boats processes payments through MIPS MyPay, which does not store card details. MIPS MyPay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.

When you choose an online payment option, your card information is processed securely through the bank payment gateway.

Rest assured that your card is securely encrypted as it travels over the internet.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to verify, within 48 hours, that the payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that the payment has been made. No claims can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
